I reserved a king. Was told none were available. Got a queen. We went to our room and it was freezing. The heater was turned off. It was 50 degrees. The room right next door was a king and the door was ajar and the room was not made up. The door was still ajar when we came back from dinner and when we checked out. This hotel has a lot of rooms and there were very few cars. Pretty sure they just didn’t care

Our room had a faulty door lock and we didn’t notice it until after we had been out for a while. Our room sat in secure for hours with all of our belongings in it. Luckily no one helped them selves but this left us feeling very unsafe and do not plan on using that location again!

The hotel manager was amazing. Everything else pure awful. The first room was very dirty. Switched rooms second room was a bit cleaner but definitely not clean. The room cleaners will stand in the room talking to others working with cigarettes in their hands so all the rooms smelled awful. Also very suspicious looking room cleaners

This hotel was one of the worst that i've ever stayed. We had to switch rooms due to drug activity next door. This room was dirty, had dirty stuff on the pillows.The mattress covers have never been changed.I have pictures to prove it. We were switched to a second room where there were exposed wires. It was very dirty. There was hair in the tabs and cobwebs and dust on the counter. This was a very unpleasant stay.We have spoken to the manager who is willing to approve half off on this day. Booking through a third party, it's harder to be reimbursed.

Will not stay here again

First room we were given smelled really bad, & needed to switch before I threw up. Second room was a tiny bit better in the smell area. Except for the carpet being wet, ants in the bathroom crawling to food left on the floor, plus the AC/heat unit made an ungodly noise & couldn't be used at all.
