Dirty bathrooms. No AC in middle of summer. Next to a construction site that starts work at 5 AM. No blackout curtains during the summer in Scadanavia. Rude Staff when we asked for a fan. They nickel and dime you for everything, we had to pay extra for additional towels, beddings and to store our at the hotel after checkout. Save yourself the headache and book any other hotel

Check in was very slow and i missed the special rate on the breakfast by 3 minutes at 1103pm I didn't get a good night's sleep as it was roasting and noisy I had booked my time for breakfast to ve told i still had to go to reception and reception sent me up to the breakfast area again. There were no english breakfast tea for around 25 mins. Apart from that breakfast waa good

Comfort and accessibility

I would recommend CABINN Copenhagen, as excellent accommodation in the city- centrally positioned for rail and bus links, the hotel has a positive and friendly vibe for. Visitors. I was in Copenhagen for business and the internet connection and services, including a wholesome breakfast, greatly helped my stay.

Good hotel let down by nightmare check-in process

Many good points - very clean, comfy room, good buffet breakfast to start your day - staff helpful - luggage store and gym etc Close to Dybblosbro rail station. We would go back but see below ref check-in chaos... Check-in was an absolute nightmare - a scrum of tired guests in several long queues trying to get service. The self-check in screens didn't work - the ticket machine for service didn't work - everyone getting annoyed and upset - including the staff and who could blame them?? This is a senior management / IT / process problem that needs to be fixed.

Smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. We jokingly called it our “matchbox” room. But it had everything you need to sleep. Just that. Common areas and breakfast buffet were nice. Location was good.

Self check in & out is super easy. The lobby is bright and spacious with plenty of nooks to sit and chat with friends. Outdoor seating was similar. It's got a good vibe! The ticket system is fine once you get the hang of it, especially when busy, but not at all explained to a first time visitor. This could be solved by having the self check-in explain this & for staff not to take orders from customers who are just looking at food/drinks/etc, then tell them off for not having a ticket. The rooms are a decent size, and though the bathroom is tiny it's perfectly fit for function. Mattress toppers on the bed could be attached more firmly & the use of fitted over loose sheets would be preferred, but overall the beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was a simple affair but decent. Not much fruit on offer but that's a personal taste thing. The bread rolls & croissants were delicious, and the salad was good and fresh. Cooked food could be a hit or miss - the meatballs were tasty but the eggs were very sweet. Though the food was the same each morning, there was a lot of variety.

Poor service, terrible hotel, rude staff. Don’t!!

Dreadful. This is basically a hostel in all but name! I appreciate it is a “budget” hotel chain (though £160 per night wouldn’t support this assertion), but having to take a ticket and queue for an average of 40 mins to speak to reception or buy a drink from the cafe is poor and the reception staff are quite possibly the rudest and most inconsiderate set I have ever came across. To be fair, by the time you have eventually got to speak to one of them, I suspect most of their ‘guests’ are already thoroughly cheesed off… but the rudeness, demeanour, and general lack of any level of common courtesy is evident regardless. The one redeeming feature was breakfast which whilst self service - with prison style trays - does at least offer a reasonable selection which allows some redemption from what is otherwise a pretty horrible experience. Lastly, they don’t offer any room service at all regardless of how long you are staying unless you book it the night before. This place is an expensive dive and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you otherwise have to stay there as Copenhagen is so expensive.

Area was walkable like 30 minutes to the main street, good walk on the water though, and close to busses. Bathroom was tiny, and had to pay to BUY a hairdryer, not even to rent. colorful lobby, and was a good stay, just tiny.

Expect this to be a no-frills experience. It is a budget hotel with no added bonuses and is worth its money as Copenhagen goes. The staff are helpful and friendly, the ticket system does work somewhat. It’s good that the bar/reception is open 24hrs and that in itself is a huge bonus for a budget hotel. The noise … and heat of the room with a lack of ventilation was a little unbearable. It’s a catch 22. Window open = noise. Window close = unbearably uncomfortable. The noise is not just from construction but from the bus terminal and train tracks. The construction may be temporary but the noise is hardly from construction. The wet room was particularly uncomfortable due to lack of ventilation. Nothing dried in there. Therefore - bedroom window does indeed need to be open.. then again: noise. Two small sachets of soap for 2p over 3 days. A little … humble if you’d ask me. Must bring your own. Blood stains on the wall, a little too much. I don’t mind a little dirt in hard to reach areas … but blood is overstepping it a little. Overall… not terrible for its price. Could have been worse. I’ve definitely been to worse in other countries .. so I’ll give it a solid 3/10!

The hotel is clean , however we had 2 fire alarm evacuations on both the 2 nights I stayed which was frustrating , breakfast is basic but fine, room was very hot with no way of making it cooler unless you have the window open which is then very noisy
