Soft tones, light wood furniture, and hand-painted art on the living room pillars create a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the heart of Copenhagen.



The Space:

A TOUR OF THE PLACE



From the stairs to the first floor you enter into a spacious living area with great natural light and views to a small inner courtyard. The open layout combines a generous lounge space, a large dining table for six, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for cooking or sharing family dinners at home.



In the center of the room, the custom-painted pillars add character and local artistry to the otherwise minimalist design. The comfortable sofa unfolds into a queen-size (160x200cm) high-quality sleeping couch for extra guests.



At each end of the living space, you’ll find two bright bedrooms facing Store Kongensgade, separated by stylish glass walls that let daylight flow throughout the apartment while maintaining privacy. Each bedroom has a kingsize bed with a pillow selection and crisp hotel duvets.



At the far end, the brand new bathroom offers a clean and modern feel with fresh tiles, a spacious shower, and plenty of light.



Whether you’re here for a short city break or a longer stay, this apartment offers a rare mix of design, comfort, and artistic detail — all just steps away from Copenhagen’s best restaurants, shops, and cultural landmarks.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located right where you want to be as a visitor in Copenhagen: Inner city, right on the edge of the old and charming city center, right next to Kongens Nytorv.



Within five minutes you can reach the royal palace, Nyhavn (New Harbor) and the metro. If the Copenhagen food scene is on your itinerary (which it definitely should be), you will also really like this area.



Getting Around:

Metro stop is 200 meters away.
