- Huge terrace 36 m2 with lounge chairs and lounge table
- Gas grill may be freely used as long as the gas lasts
- 100 m to a beach and harbor swimming
- AppleTV - stream your favorite movies and series
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer and modern facilities

The apartment is elegantly furnished with Nordic design and is in a peaceful and green area close to the city and the water. The large terrace is really special - perfect for a morning coffee, relaxation or grilling in the afternoon sun.
