I didn’t like the noise of construction every morning around 02:00 am
Also, the stand lamp and table lamp not working.We need in room plates, spoons, caps and plates at lest for 2 person available.
The staff is amazing, quick response on calls.
3 min walk from Nyhavn : great location.

Perfect hotel for our few days in Copenhagen for the Christmas market and shopping. Staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay at the Phoenix again if we return!

Very kind front desk staff, quiet hotel, very comfortable bed! Would definitely stay here again!
