My room was comfortable, clean and quiet but I did not get the VIP upgrade. I was just there for one night, so it didn’t matter, but I don’t think I would consider it for a longer stay. Though the room was adequate, it was pretty bare bones.

This hotel is clean, comfortable and close to everything. It is a walkable city and the subway is across the street. It is a busy, city location. I felt very safe here. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was so good.

Twin beds were not comfortable- pillow top pads were there but they always slid off - first night no housekeeping. Asked at check in and next afternoon never arrived / corrected 2nd day. Staff wonderful and friendly

Nice hotel, great location, one negative

Overall a good place to stay in a great location, restaurants/cafes, convenience/grocery stores and shopping nearby. Clean comfortable room on the 4th floor, the only negative is that the bathtub area had mold, for a hotel of this rating that is unacceptable. this is a city hotel on a main roadway so we requested a room on the back of the hotel that overlooked the “courtyard” it isn’t an attractive view but is less noisy than the front that overlooks the roadway We did have the windows open, the bells ring each hour and half hour until 12:00pm, but the fresh air was nice with the exception of one day the exhaust smell from a restaurant was in the air. The room had a lot of sunlight in the afternoon. The hotel has a nice rooftop lounge for a fee but they have snacks & drinks and it’s a nice area to go at the end of the day. The hotel doesn’t have self service laundry but there is a Mont Vask laundromat within walking distance.
