Hello,Thank you for leaving a review of us, we appreciate you taking the time to do so very much.I'm sorry to see you weren't completely satisfied with your stay with us.As we are a budget hotel, we don't have the biggest rooms, and aren't able to offer tea/coffee in the rooms.We do however sell tea/coffe in the shop by the reception 24/7.We do have 14 hotels and hostels under the Arp Hansen Hotel Group, if you are returning to Copenhagen another time, one of those might be a better match for your travel needs.I hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay in Copenhagen, and wish you a lovely day.Best regards,Katarina - Front desk

Dear ChrisWe are sorry to hear that you did not like our concept. As we are a 2 star budgethotel our design follows a minimalistic concept; small functional rooms at a good price. For us to be able to keep the rooms prices down we do charge extra for luggage storage and other services.

it served it's purpose - a place to sleep while I was at a conference. you have to walk about .5 miles to get to the good stuff. Not bad when it was nice out. the room is small the beds comfortable. Showers very small tubes. common areas were nice, staff basically very friendly

Nice hotel

I enjoyed a really nice stay at this hotel. I’d certainly stay here again should I return to Copenhagen.
