I booked my stay at Ibis Hotel, but when I arrived I realized the booking was on Ibis Budget, a lower quality hotel next to the one I thought I was booking. Very misleading!!! Not happy with my stay, the staff was slow and unhelpful, left a day earlier. Will not use again

Bad service (staff didn’t seem to want to be there), breakfast extremely mediocre, rooms tiny, beds even smaller... it’s one thing been budget, another one just been bad!
