Excellent front desk,decent stay, needs new floors
Posted Jan. 15, 2024 on HotelsExcellent service, helped me adjust my reservation as I mistakenly reserved a wrong date. Slept well. Room and hall floors need cleaning or replacement because they smell old and look old and dirty. Bathroom was ok - showing age as well. Water pressure was low in the sink and toilet flushed super slowly.

The staff was relatively courteous. However, the room
smelled with stale curry. The cent was rather strong and a bit overbearing. However, since we stayed only one night and had a baby, we decided to bear with it for the night and following morning. I made sure to let he front desk know at checkout. Disapponted. Next time, If we are to guest at this hotel, I will certainly not tolerate such disgusting ordor. Disapponted.

Spare yourself stress
Posted Dec. 26, 2023 on HotelsDirty room, I asked two people working there to clean the room, came back, and it was a mess. No one cleaned. Could not adjust the thermostat. Toilet clogged and overflowed, no one to help with that. Parties going on on the first floor where our room was until someone told them to shut up. Nasty place!

They did not accept my reservation and I'm asking for a refund I'm waiting for the manager because I had to use another credit card to make this payment for this room
