Internet and TV cut in and out, room heater didn’t work. Furniture was worn and falling apart.

I'm so sorry to hear you had issuer with your stay. If we would have been made aware of the issues while you were onsite during your 2 night stay, we would have done our best to assist you. Are hvac units are motion censored. If there is no movement in the room, they will not run to the temperature you have set on the wall thermostat. I'm also sorry to hear that you were upset regarding our pool policies. We do not allow pool parties at our property. Our facility and amenities are for our registered guest only.

Posted Mar. 1, 2024 on HotelsBed was comfortable and bathroom was clean! Guest service was friendly and very helpful. Food was not accommodating but I have allergies to dairy and gluten. I always travel with my own food.
