My room smelled of mold and felt damp when I entered. The air conditioning was turned off and there was black mold/mildew on the wall. I actually went to a different hotel and was told I would not be charged for the room.

The staff was wonderful. Everything that was advertised was incorrect. The tub/shower was a joke. There was no plug to even have a bath. There was hair in the tub and the tub was very dingy. The room smelled bad. There was dead bugs in the corner. The office chair was filthy. One comforter was dirty. The sofa chair was dirty. The floor was sticky. Afraid to walk without shoes. Breakfast was a completely dirty and empty.

Carts for luggage, but NO elevators! lol, so you have to walk all your stuff up stairs! There were a lot of weird and ghetto guest, an abnormal amount, and the family did not feel safe to leave the room! Never will stay here again!

The carpet wasn't sticky, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom / shower was very large and roomy. I love the shower. I think I was in a handicapped room but I will go for these from now on. Very happy with the room

The room has a NO SMOKING sign indicating that there is a $250 fine if you smoke in the room. In spite of this, the room smelled of stale smoke, espically the bathroom. Clearly they do not clean/mitigate after collection the $250 fine. Otherwise property was ok. Convient location.

Our stay was absolutely amazing but the only thing that was frustrating was this group of young baseball boys kept bothering us during our stay. They wouldn’t leave us alone and were constantly running around and causing problems. I feel like the staff at the front desk didn’t do anything to stop the problem.
