It was okay.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was not bad, they could have been a little more friendly, but they were polite. The overall property was very clean, it was just very used. Stains on surfaces, scuffs on walls, general overuse. The evening cocktail hour snacks and the breakfast were ok. Very much your typical hotel breakfast not great, but a little protein to start the day. Overall we would stay again for the price.

Wonderful place to stay. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and very clean, comfortable rooms. We couldn’t get the air to turn down was the only problem we had and didn’t bother calling them for help.

Clean hotel near shops and restaurants

Clean hotel with washer and dryers available-we were on a road trip so this was handy. Front desk had quarters to make change and laundry detergent available for purchase. Across the street from several restaurants on one side and a shopping mall on the other. Clean and quit hotel about an hour from Waterloo where we went to visit the John Deere museum.
