We were given a room that was so small that the door barely cleared the dresser. It had laminate floors vs carpet as shown in pictures. Every surface of the room was covered in an oily film and the room smelled strongly of a chemical disinfectant. There was debris and hair all over the room and the tub & mirror were filthy. We complained and were put in a “good” room which was still dirty and the ceiling was falling down from water damage. We requested a refund from Expedia and the front desk personnel was so rude even the Expedia rep said she had never encountered such a terrible person and if this was indicative of the property that we should immediately vacate. The rep said she would advise Expedia to remove this property as it was not befitting of Expedia’s requirements and responsibilities to its patrons.

The closest door to get into the building did not close/lock, which is very unsafe. Our room smelled terrible upon arrival, which we found was due to a molding open bag of peas left in the microwave. Otherwise everything was fine, but definitely on the lower end of a motel experience.

The staff were complaining about guests who were unhappy because the lights in their rooms weren't working. They did this in front of me as I was checking in. Then, when I went into my room, I found most of the lights weren't working there either. The room smelled musty. The window unit AC was not consistent. It was a very uncomfortable night.

There’s a reason it’s cheap so you get what you paid for. But it’s in a nice area very walkable. Bathroom needs better cleaning saw hair on toilet seat and stains on the towels. As a man I closed my eyes and said it is what it is this what I paid for. Again very safe area if you ask me so that changes everything.
