Independent gîte at the back of the owners' house, access by a few steps. Ground floor: living room - lounge - kitchen opening onto a balcony. 1st floor: bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm), shower room with WC (walk-in shower). Terrace with dining area, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. Laundry room outside the gîte. Hot water with solar and electric panel. Heating with electric radiators and wood stove for a warm atmosphere. Traditional farmhouse renovated on the upper part. Local wood used by the owners for interior renovation and furniture. Bright interiors with exposed beams that give character to the living room. Balcony enjoying a southern exposure. Simple and cozy decoration. Immediate quality environment close to nature and hiking trails. Comfortable gîte upstream from the village of Corbel above the Guiers gorges, in the heart of the Chartreuse Regional Nature Park. Chambery, capital of the Dukes of Savoy 20 km. La Ruchère Nordic area 24 km away. Valley of the Entremonts at 18 km. Grande Chartreuse monastery 28 km away. Lac du Bourget beach 30 km away.
