We rented 2 rooms at the same time for a family event months in advance when we got there the rooms were on 2 different floors. One room was in awful condition, peeling wallpaper from water damage and a roach was seen crawling from the AC area. The other room was decent but the bath mat had black mold so we didn't use it. The staff were friendly, the breakfast area and pool area were clean and breakfast was as to be expected.

Unbelievable

It would have been amazing had the staff been friendly. After requesting a late check out they knocked on the door to get me up at 1104. Drug me Downstairs to pay a second deposit or 100. They treated us like criminals and vagabond the entire time. I will never be back here!!! I have stayed in many different hotels and this goes down as one of the worst! Oh, and the pool was out of order also!!!
