Guests can enjoy the entire house, spread over 3 floors:

On the ground floor, we find the main living room with a large window overlooking the garden. It is the perfect area to gather and relax, and it also has a modern fireplace perfect for enjoying the pleasant autumn and winter atmosphere.

On the left side of the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with all the elements and utensils worthy of a luxury accommodation for 16 people. The kitchen connects to the large dining room that has direct access to the garden. Behind it there is a room with a table football and finally a double room with its en-suite bathroom and access to the garden.

If we go up to the first floor of this magnificent house, we find a second living room also with a fireplace and television. From the living room we can access the bedrooms, all of which are double except one that has 3 bunk beds with its own bathroom. The living room also gives access to a pleasant terrace.

Finally, on the top floor there are two more double bedrooms with their own bathroom.

In total, the house has 5 double bedrooms, one room for 6 people and 5 full bathrooms and a toilet.



In the outdoor area, this 3,000 m2 plot is divided into the outdoor dining area, relaxation and pool area and finally the large garden, perfect for children to enjoy a large, fully fenced, safe and private space.
