El hotel es viejo, sin mantenimiento. Las habitaciones con paredes llenas de humedad; los colchones viejos e incómodos; no hay en donde colocar tu ropa y el dizque clóset no tiene tubo; las almohadas horribles; el Internet falla todo el tiempo; el estacionamiento tan descuidado que lo adorna con un inodoro viejo aventado en una esquina; las toallas de baño tan ásperas como lijas; iluminación precaria en las habitaciones y nula en las escaleras; elevador viejo y lento, da miedo que falle. La fotos de la fachada no concuerda con la realidad, es publicidad engañosa, las chapas se atoran y el gerente dice que es culpa de los clientes. Lo rescatable, el baño, la presión en la regadera y temperatura excelente y la cocinera amable y guisa muy rico.
