A bright cozy apartment in the heart of Corfu old city!

Venetian Reale offers a warm and inviting base right in the heart of Corfu’s UNESCO-protected Old Town, making it an ideal place for two guests who want to stay surrounded by history and charming pedestrian lanes. This 40 m² apartment provides a relaxing atmosphere with views of the town’s elegant Venetian rooftops and easy access to Corfu’s most picturesque streets, cafés, and landmarks.

Inside, the apartment features a comfortable double bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a traditional bathtub. The Wi-Fi connection offers speeds up to 24 Mbps, suitable for browsing and streaming, and the electric boiler heats water in about 15–20 minutes once activated. Air conditioning, heating, TV, microwave, oven, fridge, linens, towels, shampoo, and a hair dryer are all provided. The entrance door is old, and the apartment is located on the first floor with stairs only, as the building does not have an elevator. The neighborhood is fully pedestrian, and while street parking can be found nearby outside the restricted zone, it is not always guaranteed. A baby cot can be provided on request, and the apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in.

The location is exceptional, placing you within a short walk of Corfu’s most iconic sights. Liston Square is around 300–350 m away, while the Old Fortress is roughly 600 m and the New Fortress about 500 m from the apartment. The nearby Palace of St. Michael and St. George, Saint Spyridon Church, and Saint Theodora Metropolitan Church are also within easy walking distance. For swimming and seaside relaxation, Faliraki Beach (Alekos’ Baths) is about 750 m away, NAOK–Azur around 900 m, and Mon Repos Baths approximately 2.3 km. You’ll find many restaurants, traditional tavernas, and cafés around every corner, and the nearest mini-markets and small supermarkets are scattered throughout the Old Town, with several options within a 3–5 minute walk. Corfu Port and the Intercity Green Bus Station are both under 2 km away, and the airport lies approximately 2 km from the apartment, making transfers simple.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, with earlier access offered when possible, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. The property uses an electric boiler requiring around 15–20 minutes to heat water. As in all of Corfu and much of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bins.
