Villa Akti Barbati 2 is a luxury, new property with private pool perfectly located above the exclusive beach of Barbati. Offering breathtaking, unobstructed sea-views, the villa combines the very best quality with a sought after location: a car is not essential as both beach and shops/restaurants are within walking distance. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, Villa Akti Barbati 2 can sleep up to 4 to 5 guests. Relax on the balcony enjoying the views of the boats passing by splash in the private pool, enjoy a storll down to the beach: this is for sure the perfect property for a holiday to remember!



Inside, Villa Akti Barbati 2 is set over two floors and is accessed via a set of steps from the private parking area. The modern interiors have been finished with great taste and style, to provide a superior holiday experience. The ground floor, at pool level, has a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished in Mediterranean colors, the lounge has a satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a bed for a 5th guest), and patio doors opening onto spacious sea-facing terraces providing beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and well equipped (including dishwasher and washing machine), perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On the ground floor there is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower next to it. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the master bedroom and the second bathroom with shower are located. The bedroom has a double bed and access to a large private terrace providing the most breathtaking views over the Ionian Sea. For the comfort of our guests, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and all the rooms have sea-views. PLEASE NOTE: IF GUESTS PREFER TO HAVE BEDS MADE UP AS SINGLES INSTEAD OF DOUBLES, NO PROBLEM AT ALL. JUST INFORM US.



If the indoor areas of the villa are amazing, the pool patio will leave our guests speechless: views, design, relaxation! The generously sized private pool (5m x 3.5m, depth between 1.5m and 1.7m, lit at night), has comfortable sunbeds and parasols. The shaded dining area is equipped with bbq as well and is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking views. The poolside patio and the garden provide beautiful views over the resort of Barbati and the turquoise sea, stretching from Corfu Town up to Albanian mainland in the distance. Private parking is also available on the premises.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week.

A perfect location for our mini moon

The villa was beautiful, the location was perfect and the views were stunning. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend four days after our wedding. We ate in lovely restaurants, had some fabulous cocktails and made some really special memories. We met one of the landlords and she was super friendly and helpful. Would love to go back one day. We arrived in the early hours of the morning so a welcome pack with some essentials would have been a nice touch.

Barbati is definitely a great place to stay on Corfu

Barbati is definitely a great place to stay on Corfu. Close to Corfu Town but more relaxed. Plenty of restaurants to explore. The property was very nice. Basic kitchen utensils to help with cooking. Pool area nice with fantastic views. Two bedrooms and two baths. Note: mattresses are firm/hard. Housekeeping came every 3-4 days which was very nice. Extremely safe too! Overall, I highly recommend!

Fantastic stay at the Villa

Fantastic stay at the Villa. Hostess was very helpful and responded to questions immediately with clear answers. The villa was clean and had an amazing view and private pool. Plenty of parking if you hire a car. The beach was a few minutes walk but if you struggle with walking it is a steep slope. Not an issue with the villa this is normal for Corfu. Local shops were friendly and stocked everything we needed. The closest restaurant had a wide variety of yummy foods and drinks and even though it was July it was never too busy. I appreciated the mosquito sliders behind the windows and doors so you can have them open without being a meal to an insect. I’d book again! Loved it. Thank you DadoVillas

Beautiful view, great location

The villa looks the same as in the pictures and the view from the terrace is very nice. The owner as very nice and welcomed us at the villa. Everything is as in the pictures, the rooms are big and with a lot of space to deposit your things. What impressed us was the fact that each bathroom had their own boiler, which meant that you didn't have to "fight" for hot water. The neighborhood of the villa was very quiet and the supermarket that was very close had everything you needed to enjoy breakfast/dinner at the villa. The only thing that i have to mention on the negative side is the fact that the floors were not as clean as i would have expected them and the towels and bed linen although clean, smelled a little bit too much like chlorine. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to others too!

Topplek, met fantastisch uitzicht en heerlijk privé zwembad

Topplek, met fantastisch uitzicht en heerlijk privé zwembad. Veel privacy ook op het terras. Slaapkamers waren prima, matrassen wel wat hard voor onze rug dus extra deken gekregen als ‘topper’. Ook fijne keuken met kleine afwasmachine. We misten wat keukengerei, die we zelf hebben aangeschaft. De omgeving is heerlijk rustig rond deze tijd, met heel veel leuke strandtentjes en restaurants. Ook de ligging is top. Wij hebben een auto gehuurd, ideaal voor tripjes op t eiland. Maar ook met OV is alles makkelijk bereikbaar. Wel is de weg naar appartement toe behoorlijk stijl, dus flinke helling om hoog wandelen wanneer je geen auto hebt. Halverwege vakantie is er schoongemaakt en schone lakens/handdoeken. Absolute aanrader!!
