Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We could not get into the property and had to pay for another a hotel. That is the review. A self check in system requires the host to actually send the check-in details. If you can not do that and require the guest to contact you despite having a confirmed booking, you are not running accommodation. You had our contact details and a fully paid for booking. One message containing the lock box code. That is all this required. Avoid this property and the management company Konnect.
