Maison de grande qualité a la vue unique

Grande maison spacieuse bien agencée permettant à chacun d avoir son indépendance. Prestations de qualité. Vue magnifique sur le golf de kassiopi et l Albanie. Belle piscine avec vue sur la mer. Deux terrasses permettant d avoir deux lieux différents pour les repas. Propriétaires tres sympathiques parlant un excellent français et faisant tout pour rendre le séjour agréable. Maison au calme dans un village au milieu de nombreux chemins de randonnée et des oliviers. PremiÚres belles plages a 10 minutes en voiture. Ports tres agréables ( san stephano notamment). Une déception, si il y a de nombreux loueurs de bateaux moteurs aucun moyen de faire de la voile. C est bien dommage pour les enfants. Il faut que la commune investisse un peu....habitants locaux chaleureux et acceuillants.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. La villa est splendide, beaucoup d’espace, trĂšs bien amĂ©nagĂ©e, et cette vue... juste magnifique. Au calme tout en Ă©tat proche de la ville de Kassiopi, l’endroit est idĂ©al pour des vacances reposantes. Dommage que la mĂ©tĂ©o n’est pas Ă©tĂ© de notre cĂŽtĂ©, il faudra revenir! :-) Un grand merci aux propriĂ©taires et Ă  Karolos, aux petits soins pour nous. C’est un plus! :-)

Magnifique villa vue imprenable

La villa est idealement situĂ©e Ă  40 min de Corfou ville et Ă  toute proximitĂ© des plages plus exclusives de la baie de Kassiopea. Excellents restaurants a proximitĂ©. La villa est trĂšs propre et bien entretenue tant par le jardinier que le pisciniste ou la femme de mĂ©nage que nous avons vus rĂ©guliĂšrement tout au long de nos 15 jours sur place. L’endroit est un peu retirĂ© et extrĂȘmement au calme. La propriĂ©taire et son mari parlent un excellent français et pourront vous donner de nombreux tuyaux sur place. La vue sur Sandande en Albanie juste en face est tout simplement magique. 2 BBQ dans la maison. Nous y avons passĂ© d’excellentes vacances et y reviendrons avec enthousiasme.

Une trÚs belle villa spatieuse dans un hameau retiré au dessus de Kassiopi. Belle terrasse avec vue fantastique sur la cÎte albanaise Belle et grande piscine en contrebas de la maison (il faut sortir de la maison pour y accéder) Les chambres sont belles et confortables Seul bémol : le prix, qui reste élevé au regard du standing de la villa

This property was amazing. It's tucked away in a quiet little hillside but easily accessible to all that Corfu has to offer. They took great care of us while staying there as well. I would highly recommend this Villa for groups of friends, couples, families, etc., plenty of room.

Amazing location and welcome

This was a perfect place to stay with five teenagers. The villa has a great view and is in a very quiet location but just a five minute drive from the viallage of Ágios Stephanos. There is a large pool and a ping pong table to keep you occupied. Karolos and his mother were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Good WiFi if you need it. Inside some bits of the villa a bit rustic but that was part of its charm. We would certainly go back.

Best Hosts

First of all, the host, Karolos and his mother, are the best. We got lost on the way from the airport but Karolos phone us and told us to stay where we were. He came late at night and led us to the vllla. In the days that followed they continued to check on us to make sure we were in need of nothing. The villa it self is well appointed and has i views of the straights of. Corfu and Albania. The villa was comfortable and clean as well as coming with a maid complement. The wonderful town of Kassiopi is only minutes away with many great restaurants. And even closer is a small village with a wonderful pastry shop that we visited every morning for coffee and pastries. This villa is absolutely a find for people who like quality!!

Excellent Villa with beautiful views

This is a lovely little villa that comfortably suited the 8 of us. The views are beautiful from the large terrace as well as from the pool deck. The outside space is small but excellently arranged with two options for outdoor dining and BBQs. Several bedrooms have been recently refurbished and in general they are all in good condition. The living, dinning, kitchen area is large and well equiped. There is still a little work being done and a neighbouring construction, but neither interfered with our holiday. It is set on a steep slope, so not at all suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Secure car parking for two cars. Easy access to several lovely beaches and towns. You do need a car though. Karolos was excellent throughout, from his warm welcome through to his recommendations for restaurants and boat hire. We would definitely recommend.

Terrific villa with stunning views, design touches and great base from which to explore Corfu

The Villa exceeded our expectations and was very well suited to our week together as two families with teenage kids. The sleeping arrangements with ensuite bathrooms and balconies provided good private areas as well as the great entertaining spaces both at pool level with the outdoor barbeque and dining table as well as the very large main outdoor area. The views out to the sea and across to Albania are truly unforgettable and we spent many nights watching the sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and all the bed rooms have air conditioning if required. Karolos was a great host, very responsive and as an architect he has made a number of thoughtful renovations with some nice design touches. And the green egg was a delight for a number of barbeque evenings. The larger town of Casiopia is less than 15 minutes drive and has a nice harbour, tavernas, bars for a fun night out. Local supermarkets are just down the hill and we had some great days at the local beaches. Katie's Boats is also recommended at Agios Stefanos harbour for boat hire. No complaints - which is rare. A highly recommended villa for a visit to Corfu.

Wonderful Holiday

We have just returned from 10 days in Corfu, staying at Villa Bella Vista. Everything about our trip was perfect - the villa is just beautiful as well as extremely comfortable and we will never forget the amazing views across the sea towards Albania. Stunning Villa!

We enjoyed this beautiful villa with friends for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it. The villa's location is perfect with a stunning view over the sea, excellent pool area and terrace. The lovely town of Kassiopi is nearby where you find everything you need. The standard of the villa was excellent. Karolos and Julie took really good care of us. It felt like home away from home. We will definitely come back in the future!

Tolles Haus mit super Ausblick

Wir waren zu zehnt in dem Haus. 4 PÀrchen und 2 Kinder. Die Aufteilung war perfekt. Jeder hatte sein eigenen Bereich mit Bad. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet. 2 mal die Woche kam eine Putzfrau und hat alles tip top sauber gemacht. Klare Empfehlung.

Einfach wunderbar!

Hier stimmt einfach Alles! Sehr schönes, gerĂ€umiges, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Die Aussicht von den Balkonen, der Terrasse und vom Pool ist ĂŒberwĂ€ltigend. A dream...............

The property is beautiful and wonderfully maintained and equipped. The view is just something else. There were only 3 of us staying there but there is so much room for many more. Karalos is a wonderful host. If we needed anything he was always on the other end of the phone helping. The pool is beautiful and lights up at night. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again. Thank you Karalos :-)

Great location, comfortable villa

Would definitely recommend this villa. Fabulous views over the sea and Albanian mountains from all rooms (except one bedroom). Well worth the fairly steep, narrow 800m off the main road. Kremythas is a tiny, ancient village with no other villas we could see, quaint but with no facilities at all. Quiet and untouristy, you feel you are off the beaten track. Area superb - both Kassiopi and San Stefano gorgeous, within 10 mins drive and with every facility you could want. Villa is comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Both the owner and the housekeeper were super-helpful. This is not a modern, newly built villa (and the reasonable price does reflect this) so, whilst some areas have been modernised, there are parts which are in need of TLC: only 2 of the 5 shower units is wall-mounted, the wooden pool deck needs some knocking in of loose screws and some new furniture, as well as a bit of weed-killer. Villa is also not suitable for the very young or old - there are 35 stone steps down the outside of the building to access the pool deck and only the last few have a hand rail.

Perfect!

We were a group of 7 adults and we all enjoyed our stay at Villa Bellavista. The property is spacious and well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the pool is perfect, the view is stunning and the owners are so kind and nice, ready to help you whenever you need. We really enjoyed our holiday!!

Fabulous Villa with stunning views

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The villa is lovely, spacious (we were 2 families), the welcome basket was a nice touch. The views were beautiful, such a relaxing & quiet place. Karolos was friendly & very helpful, quick to respond to any queries. We highly recommend Villa Bella Vista.

Die Fotos zeigen vielleicht 70 % der ĂŒberwĂ€ltigenden Schönheit der Umgebung, der zu erwartenden Stille, dem wirklich wunderschönen Haus und dem, insbesondere bei Nacht/Dunkelheit hochromantischen Pool/Grillareal. Karolos ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, dabei diskret und so charmant! Sein Haus ist ausgestattet mit allem, was eine grĂ¶ĂŸere Reisegruppe benötigt. Sollte etwas fehlen, wird Karolos es besorgen, davon sind wir ĂŒberzeugt. Es ist spĂŒrbar, dass er sich Gedanken ĂŒber das Wohlergehen seiner GĂ€ste gemacht hat und macht. Alle möglichen Ausflugsziele lassen sich vom Haus prima erreichen. Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Korfu und von den offenen, herzlichen Menschen schlichtweg begeistert. Zu Hause ist es schön. Aber hier könnte es tatsĂ€chlich insgesamt schöner sein.

The Villa with good vibes

I held my second yogaretreat in Corfu in lovely Villa Bella Vista. The Villa is located in a very quiet neighbourhood with a stunning view to the sea. The first very good vibe came from the little road covered with olivetrees which curled to the villa. Along the road you could see chickens. The climbing by feet was so calming and the best hours are of course early in the morning and in the evening when its little dimmer. In the Villa I liked very much the stunning studio downstairs. From the large windowdoors it was nice to admire last nights thunderstorm and lightning. Then comes the terrace to the sea and sunraises and sunsets. They were something unforgettable. Very useful is also the nice wineshop and very good supermarket nearby. Look for the healthy herbalteas! The villa was very practical for treating my yogis with yoga and good food in a well equiped kitchen.We could use some nice herbs from the garden and little tomatoes. We had a nice tranquilising atmosphare during our yogasessions in mornings and evenings. Next time we arrive on May and I think the nature will be then still more blooming, delicate and colorfull ! I left from Bella Vista with the longing back. I had the most nicest vibrations and can not wait untill I can be there again. Yogi Anu
