room/diner and kitchen. A double bedroom with en suite bathroom with
shower is also on the ground floor.The 1st floor has a 2 further en
suite twin bedrooms with a large balcony with sea views over the bay of
Saint Stephanos.

The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool
terrace with Sea views.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
