Hot stuffy humid room with the window shut for guests safety. Too stuffy; would not return. Also it's not a super nice area. Staff were very nice though.

What I liked most about my stay at the Leonardo was the. view from my hotel room of the River Lee. The staff does need more training in how to make a bed, with a bottom sheet and a top sheet. I always got a bottom sheet but had to ask for a top sheet. When I did get a top sheet I had to dig at the top of the headboard to find it. Top sheet should be placed where the guest can find it easily. The breakfast was ok but when I asked for a serving spoon for the oatmeal, the dinning staff did not understand me. This issue was resolved shortly. The staff definitely works hard but training has to be given towards details that a guest appreciates in a hotel.

Location is reasonable. Room was clean. Beds very comfy. Our room overlooked the carpark which was floodlite all night so the light came in round the curtains as did the morning light. The facilities as stated with the exception of the air conditioning. A fan!. Had dinner one evening, disappointing as was the drink selection. Staff were nice, helpful and considerate.

Great location, extremely nice and positive staff, all of them, from front desk to housekeeping. Food is fresh and wonderful sections, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rooms are generous in size. I’m very very satisfied and even extended my stay with no hassle.

If I stayed again it would be for the kindness of the staff, every one of them was brilliant. The breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the room wasn't what I would expect for what I paid (layer of dust on surfaces and the bed headboards, pink and black mould on shower curtain, black mould in the shower, stains in the bath tub, marks on the carpet) and the room was hot because this hotel does not have air-conditioning. For nearly 200 euro a night it should be spotless.

It was ok. I would not rate it as a 4 star. The carpet, washroom need updating in the room. Parking was a bit confusing. They have paid parking at the back through a gate. You need to buzz first. You then pay at the front desk. You don't have in and out privileges though as they don't guarantee a spot.

Unfortunately they are being rated after staying at a 10 plus hotel. The staff were ok not overly friendly except for Gabriella, who was very nice. Little things like sink clogged and not much tissue in box, tub ring around , nothing major just shows room was completely cleaned. But it was ok and breakfast and lunches were great!
