When we arrived at our suite, the rooms were clean. When using the pool facility, there were little ants crawling on the chairs and walls around the pool. The deck area is showing wear may need repair soon. When going down for breakfast the employee was very helpful and when asked gave us anything to make us feel more at home.

Staff was GREAT! They go out of their way for you. Cortney is a rock star and the maintenance and housekeeping are superb. Gabby is nice but someone please tell her to smile. Her words was nice but looked as if she was annoyed. Even on the phone she gave that impression. Rooms are great, hotel was right off the highway. Laundry service is nice. Internet is hot or miss. Once your able to capture it It stays with you but a struggle getting it to catch. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

The atmosphere was festive. Perfect for the holiday season. The room was huge and beds were comfortable. However, the elevator was down in Pennsylvania away from the front desk and breakfast area, meaning it is inconvenient if you're handicap.
