This 5 bedroom, 6.5 bath home (one house from the corner) is a short walk to the wide, clean, uncrowded, Whalehead Beach. Enjoy sunny days in the private pool and relaxing nights in the hot tub. This OBX home has lots of amenities and is perfect for family fun at the beach!

Ideal for bringing pets, 'Brigadune' is one of the very few homes with a separate fenced in yard for your dog.

14' x 26' in ground pool, hot tub. Game/Rec Room, foosball, wet bar, 2 microwaves, 2 full refrigerators with ice makers and Queen sleeper sofa, TVs with DVD players, stereo, Gas fireplace available mid September through end of April, screened porch with gas grill and picnic table, 2 large enclosed outside showers, covered decks and sun decks, charcoal grill, picnic table, volleyball net, basketball goal, hammock swing, beach buggy for hauling your beach equipment, fish cleaning table.

Ships watch with good views of the ocean, fenced in yard for pets, WiFi, high chair, book library, games, puzzles, beach chairs, and more. Approximate distance to beach access is 850 ft.

Pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Covered parking underneath house for 3 cars with additional parking in driveway. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.

Highly recommended

Great property. The house had everything you need for a week's sray from pots and pans, dishes, games, small appliances. The place was very clean and well organized. Close to the beach and Shopping. The pool and hot tub were a big hit. Highly recommended. Village Realty had it ready early which was great.
