This architecturally unique 6 bedroom (4K, 2T, 2 Pyramid Bunks) oceanfront home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Start your morning with coffee in the Ship's Watch, where you just might catch sight of dolphins or the occasional whale. Beach access is right next to the house. Great shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Golf, wild horses, and other adventures are all nearby as well. You won't run out of things to do! Relax in the private pool, on the deck with 180-degree views of the ocean, or in the hot tub. House has lots of books, puzzles and games. Life is “So Good” in the Outer Banks!

Very happy with the accommodations. Plenty of space for the family. Location was wonderful. It surpassed all our expectations.

The house was beautiful. There were some damages that needed to be dealt with when we got there, but other than that it was a nice stay.

Best Vacation

We had a family party of 9 and all had our own space which was fantastic. The property was on the beach and we saw the sunrise and dolphins every morning. We will be back to this property again. The only downside was the check in time. Most places have a 2 pm check in time and this one says 4 to 6 but is really 6pm. If I could change anything it would be the check in time. We had such a wonderful time.

Nice beach, great weather

We enjoyed ourselves. Place was very nice. My only caution is that there are a lot of steps that you have to constantly take both within the house and to get to and from the beach.

Wonderful house, shaky check in

First, the house is beautiful and works well for a large multi family rental. We really like the openness of the top floor, the ease of access to the beach (be ready for stairs), the warm pool, and the billiards table to play into the night. There were some bumps upon check in. Namely, although the listing says check in at 4 pm, they don’t guarantee it until 6 pm. The problem is they don’t let you know it won’t be ready at 4 pm. You are told to wait until housekeeping leaves. We thought we saw them leave at 4:45 pm but apparently that was only an inspector. They house was not prepared but housekeeping was very nice and worked with and around us. The girl on the phone at Beach Realty was rather rude when I first called but when I called back regarding the AC not working on the second floor, she was nicer and sent someone almost immediately out. Be prepared, there are no cleaning supplies, dish or hand towels, hand or dish soap, toilet paper or trash bags. The beds are very comfortable but the king sheets are a little small. Overall, we enjoyed the house.
