You'll have Gone Coastal when you rent this beachy, dog-friendly home located in The Hammocks section of The Currituck Club resort! This home has access to the local community pool during the summer months and free beach trolley service is provided by the resort from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends.

Beds: 2 King Masters, 1 Queen, 2 Twins; 8 Towel Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room encompasses both the living area with a large flat-screen TV and a dining table (seats 8). There is access to the top deck which overlooks the pool deck below. The fully-stocked kitchen has an island with bar (seats 2). A King Master Suite with TV is also located on this floor; its master bath features double vanity sinks, a soaking tub and separate shower. There is a half hath located on the top level. Stairs lead up to a loft that has a deck and access to a private deck on the upper level. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
There are 3 bedrooms on this level: a Queen bedroom which shares a hall bath (shower/tub combo) with a bedroom that has 2 Twin beds. The second King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and a door to access the back covered deck with stairs down to the pool deck. Enjoy the chairs and outdoor table at the back of the house and around the private pool (12' x 18'; open May to mid-October). A Foosball table is located in the garage along with a second full-size refrigerator. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, The Hammocks section has a community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones. As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including free trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservation to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean views.

WHAT A LOVELY HOUSE

Stayed here for a rather dreary weather week, but enjoyed ourselves immensely at this property. All the kitchen tool s you need and plenty of places to run away to if you wanted some quiet time. Highly recommend!

Outer Banks Fall Beach Trip

Overall, this property was great. It was large enough for 5 adults and gave us plenty of space to be together or by ourselves. Location was fine, and you can see the ocean from the upper deck, but it was not close to the beach. Kitchen was well supplied. TV worked fine, but it would have been helpful to have had a few instructions re: the cable channels. Bathrooms and laundry were good. Thank you for marking the light switches, that was very helpful. We would stay here again.

I've stayed in the Outer Banks numerous times. I was disappointed in this property for these reasons. We had arrived and the home was clean and neat. The outdoor shower not only had poor pressure my son needed to get rid of a bee hive in the shower. There was also a hornets nest under the decking to the pool when 2 days later was taken care of by the property manager. but they did not spray and they came back. The fence around the pool was broken and again took 2 days to come out and fix.. we had small dogs that could have gotten out. The pool was not clean needed to be vacuumed which the came out to do. The pool area is small with only 2 lounge chairs for 7 adults, There is no picnic table around pool if we wanted to eat outside. When we arrived the outside garbage bins (3) were totally full and flies were everywhere. Around the pool as well was fly infestation. The back yard butts up against Rt, 12 the main road so if you sleep in the back of the house the traffic noise is very load. No sleeping in the construction trucks going to work in the morning made sure of that. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds had no air-conditioning the adults in that room were uncomfortable. There is minimal parking only for 2 cars and they asked us to park other cars at least a mile away in a communal lot. Not convenient. Lastly the beach access was too far away at least a 15 min. drive. My family would not stay at this property again.

Nice home in Corolla,OBX

A very nice property for family vacation. All around good and as described with some notes to help the owners and future renters prepare: The shuttle takes too long to go to the beach and back (shuttle was almost always full with many stops taking up to 45 mins at times each way. Remedy: we drove ourselves to the beach starting day three. We brought six beach chairs as we were told there aren’t any provided. House had four beach chairs. Dishwasher is rusted our on the inside. We rerinsed the dishes and silverware prior to use. Linens should include bathrooms floor mats for the price paid. Only two available parking spaces. Although you could park by the entrance rendering third and fourth cars useless and inconvenient to use. Entrance is a distance to the house. Two people routinely had to drive down to retrieve other cars eating away at our vacation time. Beach access of shuttle drop off is a good long walk to beach. If you are okay with the above then this property is a five stars: furniture is very nice and clean, layout of house is very nice. Kitchen is stocked with most things you need. And it feels very homely. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Added benefits: Harris Teeter is literally outside the club gates with a few other stores: ice cream, smoothies, coffee, Duck donoughts, etc. the Awadsv

Outstanding Vacation Property

Currituck Club Gem

This place was very clean, spacious and well appointed. My family brought 4, but there is plenty of room for 8 as advertised. Location is great, near Harris Teeter and restaurants, but also tucked away in a corner of the Club. Very nice outdoor space with 3 decks and a backyard pool deck. The Paramount management company was also very responsive and better than having to track down the owner. Would definitely return.

Well appointed!

Great property! I was a little worried with it backing up to route 12...but that was not a problem at all! Loved the kitchen! It had all that you could need! Large steamer pot to a crock pot! There are plenty of beach chairs and pool toys! Great property! Will stay here again!

Gone Coastal is great!

Gone Coastal is a very nice and extremely well-equipped home. The pool is large with a nice patio around it for entertaining or relaxing. Although it's about 1.5 miles from the beach access the complimentary trolley makes getting to the beach a breeze. The Hammocks Community where the home is located is quiet, clean and well maintained.

Family Summer Vacation 2020

Fantastic week in Corolla! Outstanding accommodations as Pop and GIGi’s. Location was perfect to grocery, trolley service to beach was effortless and neighborhood was peaceful in the evenings. And the kids had an afternoon retreat at the pool! Would recommend this residence to anyone with kids and wanting a beach vacation.

Good week

The house is lovely and in a good neighborhood, but traffic noise is heard due to being up against rte. 12. Proximity to the beach is ideal as well as local grocery stores and shops. The drive to the Outer Banks is horrible therefore we most likely won't return as what should be an 8hr. drive turned into more than 12 hours. No fault of the home owners. Thank you for sharing your home and the delicious cake.

The best beach house we've stayed at. Beautiful house and a great location with good amenities. Loved the online app. Plus the chocolate cake we received from the owner was delicious and an unexpected treat. A great week!

Inviting Relaxing Oasis

We had a fantastic vacation at PopPop and GiGi's Oasis. Well equipped and spacious layout with all you might need for sun and fun. Amenities are close by--for shopping, take out and restaurants....or you might choose to prepare meals in the open concept kitchen. The management company was helpful and friendly. And...the owners truly made us feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will plan another getaway.

My family had a great time at the outer banks. We really enjoyed that this house was in a gated community but yet close to a grocery store and restaurants. The house was absolutely wonderful! We especially enjoyed the private pool and gas grill. The owners were even so kind as to send a chocolate cake when we first arrived! The management company made check in and check out a breeze. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay for your outer banks vacation, Pop Pop and GiGi's Oasis is a great choice!

This is our second year coming back to Currituck Club, and first time at this lovely home, but we loved it! The owners were very welcoming; they called to checking on us and also took the courtesy to send us a delicious chocolate cake upon our arrival! We hope to be back again next summer!!

Great getaway at the Outer Banks!

Wonderful home! Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. The owners provide very well for their guests. Great home for all, including the puppy! Will definitely return. The Currituck Club is certainly the premier destination in Corolla.
