It's About Time you planned an Outer Banks vacation! This property offers a hot tub and is walking distance from the South Beach Community Pool (with kiddie pool, too) in the Magnolia Bay section of The Currituck Club resort. [Note: no dogs or other animals allowed in this home].

Beds: 3 Queens (1 Master), 1 Twin; 7 Towels Sets provided

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room has vaulted ceilings and encompasses the kitchen and dining areas. The dining area seats 6 and there are 2 seats at the kitchen bar counter. The living area has a flat-screen TV (streaming and cable service available) and comfortable couches and chairs for relaxing with your family with a wide bay window for outdoor views. A half bath is located by the kitchen. The spacious Queen Master Suite has a flat-screen TV and its master bath has a shower with a separate soaking tub. There is deck access to the back of the house. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

ENTRY LEVEL:
Enjoy the front porch with deck furniture and there are 2 more bedrooms: one is Queen and the other has a Queen with a Twin bed. These bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Stairs at the back of the house leads to the backyard patio which offers a Hot Tub, outdoor seating and a picnic table with a propane gas grill available. The garage is not available for guest use and cannot be accessed. There is parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.

EXTRAS:
In season, the Magnolia Bay section has a full-size community pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones plus tennis courts with pickleball lines. Besides using the South Beach Community Pool, approximately 1225 feet from this home, rental guests may use the other amenities offered by The Currituck Club. This is a premier gated community, including free trolley service to the beach access, beach valet, Clubhouse with on-site dining, large community pool with kiddie pool, Fitness Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball! There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bike riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play on the 18-hole course, landscaped throughout this resort, with sound and ocean views.

Beautiful home

The house is beautiful. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The only thing that bothered me was the front porch. The pictures of the white rockers on the porch was a selling point for us, but the area had not been swept down in a while. Spider webs on the rockers, the porch railings and ceiling. We had to do a bit of wiping down before enjoying it.

Great family home in Currituck Club

It was great to have access to the pool and workout area! The house was comfortable with a nice kitchen. There is a hot tub and nice place to sit on front in rocking chairs. Would come again!

Perfect beach house for family

House is well proportioned, comfortable with pleasant decor. The gated community is quiet, well maintained with golf, tennis, pools and beach trolley service. This was perfect for our family of 4 with 3 bedrooms (although could sleep 7); well equipped kitchen, comfortable couches. Pool in walking distance and fabulous beach close by.

Great stay wonderful amenities

The home was lovely. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was mostly very clean although there was a lot of animal hair on the furniture, odd since it’s a no pet home. We have pets at home so it didn’t really bother us. The welcome bag with essentials to get us started was a nice touch. The currituck club amenities were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful time!

Everything about our stay at “It’s About Time” was wonderful! The house is clean, well-stocked, and decorated beautifully. Perfect neighborhood for walking or riding bikes; kid-friendly! The location is close to beach access and one of the several pools in Currituck Club. The complimentary beach trolley and beach valet were great features as well. We will certainly remember this location for future trips!
