When you walk into your vacation property, you will come to the first-level den/recreation room featuring a full sofa, flat-screen HDTV, and a wet bar. This level also features a bedroom with a Duo bunk (Twin over Double) and a full hall bath. The kids will no doubt claim this space as their own and you may not see them again all week!

Head up to the second level where you will find a great room with vaulted ceilings for an airy, open feel. A large flat panel HDTV entices you to sit down with friends and family and take in the latest blockbuster movie together or discover a favorite new TV show.

This level also features a sleek modern kitchen with granite countertops, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with pendant light fixtures. The large kitchen island with seating for 3 provides plenty of space for company and conversation with the chef. The dark wood dining table seats 6. Outside the kitchen is a private balcony. This is a lovely spot to watch the community either wake up or wind down as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. There are also Two King En Suites on this level.

The third level is the Queen En Suite. Graced with plenty of privacy, this generous space features a built-in window seat. Curl up with your book or your iPad and enjoy a few moments of solitude. Just imagine having a whole level to yourself!

A screened porch holds a soothing hot tub that will surely take away any remaining stress. What could be better than sitting in the hot tub on a cool Outer Banks evening, feeling the bubbling jets work their magic? A grill and an outdoor seating area can also be enjoyed.

This property has 4 parking spots for guests. Enjoy a convenient 2-car carport.

As part of the Corolla Light community, you and your group enjoy access to the many fabulous amenities. The resort encompasses 240 acres and is considered be the most family-friendly resort on the Outer Banks. Corolla Light is home to some of the best beaches anywhere on the Outer Banks and they are patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season.

The three air-conditioned Corolla Light trolleys run every 20-25 minutes during the summer season. Getting around the resort is so easy! Just pick up the trolley at the stop close to Sol Mate and off you go! If you're headed to the oceanfront complex, you'll enjoy a community pool, basketball, volleyball, tennis, a playground, and shuffleboard courts while you're there. You can get your workout in using the Corolla Light Sports Center. This facility includes an indoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a fitness center with showers and a sauna, racquetball, walleyball, ping pong, and weekly activities.

For those seeking a more natural experience, visit the quiet sound side and take a walk along the mile + sound front nature trail. The sunsets off the two piers are glorious and not to be missed. At the end of the day, indulge yourself and your family to dinner and drinks at the award-winning Ocean Front Grille.

**Per Corolla Light, for 2026 the heated Oceanfront training pool will be open May 16th through October 12th, with the other Oceanfront pools open May 23rd through September 18th. The Oceanfront pools open for general swimming at 10:00 am, with lap swimming available from 10:00 am -11:00 am in the South Pool. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.

**Hot Tubs are available year-round. Hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the spa on scheduled cleaning days.**
