2026, PRIVATE POOL is open from 5/10/26 -10/10/26 Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $350 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.
Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
This property does not provide beach chairs.

House was not what advertised. There was only 2 bikes that worked house really couldnât be used outside. To many spiders and not clean outside at all pool was dirty and house needs power washed and trees cut back. Very disappointed with outside area since we couldnât use it at all was super dirty.
Rooms are big and plentiful which allowed all of us privacy. Plenty of bathrooms, dishes, and kitchen stuff. Appliances worked well and having two dishwashers and three refrigerators* was a nice feature. Location made taking walks for groceries easy. Needed a more serious cleaning, (we vacuumed when we came in),and the area near the pool needed a serious renewal. Nice pool and hot tub.
Walls in some rooms needed a good swipe with a dust-mop as they had little dust clumps which our children thought were bugs. We had to wash the garage floor and pool area which smelled of stale beer and, in the case of the garage floor, was sticky. We replaced the nearly empty propane tank with a full one.
*Two are in the garage, 28 steps down from the kitchen.
Extremely happy with the overall of the house. Everything was pictured and explained very well. Brindley Beach handled everything in a timely manner of minor things that we had come across at arrival. Thank you !!
The house is great. The pool is great. What is not great are the snakes, especially the water moccasins. We saw 2 at the house near the pool and we saw 3 more at the private boat ramp by the clubhouse. Very concerning since we had 4 small children in our party. There was also a misunderstanding about our let skis being parked in our driveway. The employee at the clubhouse told us we were fine as long as they were in the driveway, but one of the homeowners in the neighborhood reported us to the rental agency. The rental agency then called us and told us we would need to move them. I specifically looked for a place that was boat friendly when I booked back in January.... this is not a boat friendly area.
