When it's time for the kids to get some rest, you'll also find a Bedroom with a Pyramid Bunk and a shared Hallway Bathroom, so you never have to worry about your loved ones being too far away.

Great Stay

We were very pleased with the property. It was cleaned well on arrival, the location was ideal and the pool was a hit. We'd suggest replacing the hot tub cover as it was in disrepair and putting some time into the back yard/volleyball court. Even with those, we would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the trip!

We had a nice stay and loved being with our family. We were not comfortable with the cleanliness of the house.We were disappointed in the failure of the pool pump. The stairs should have a carpet runner for safety for us old folks. The beds were comfortable. Lock problem on a couple slider doors.

Great house for a large group

My friends and I stayed the week for a wedding and had a great time! There was plenty of room, and the volleyball, pool, & hot tub were great. It was really convenient that they provided linens and towels although a few of us had to sleep without sheets because we were given the wrong size. The house had plenty of utensils, pots/pans to cook with too. We were able to fit all of our cars in the driveway and were super close to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

The overall appearance and location were excellent, however the cleanliness and maintenance needed some work. Shower liners were moldy, sliding screen door was torn and air vents needed a good cleaning. With upgrades we would rebook again.

Property was bright and cheerful. Loved the easy check in and check out process. And the text to let us know we could enter early was great!!Many different places for a large family to hang out. Pool, deck, beach. Lots of activities to do also. Volleyball. Pool table. Etc. Every one in our group enjoyed the accommodations. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy their privacy. Could be better

Just a quick walk to the beach 2 streets back was the best thing about this place! But honestly, this place needs some love. Hot tub cover needs to be replaced, broken styrofoam pieces in the cover are in the hot tub and it requires cleaning after cover is removed. Kitchen cabinets have the wrap off, kitchen cabinet door doesn’t close. Couch has a tear in the back behind pillow. For the price you pay you would expect more.

Good house, needs a bit of maintenance

This house is decent. It is clean, but could use a little TLC- clean up pool and pool area (sandy pool, weeds in cracks, trash near pump). More seating at pool. The back patio and yard also need some work. The top deck needs some boards replaced and where it attaches to the house should probably be looked at- we were nervous to have our whole group up there at once. Inside, the air filters need to be replaced and the kitchen could use a few more utensils (spatulas) and items not working (blenders) removed. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes if you’re not carrying anything, and 10 if you have your beach gear and/or children with you. No fault of anyone, just be aware there are quite a few stairs to the beach due to dunes. Overall, the house is spacious and clean and has a lot of potential. We were mostly happy.

Pleasent with a few hiccups

The house was very beautiful, and a great location. We had no problems with the house itself. Just a few minor things. I found chips on the top bunk in the lower level, thats on I just cleaned them up myself. The lower deck has loose railing off of the second master bedroom beside thechairs, that's a concern, specially with small kids. The most concerning was that we found fresh nails on the back yard. My child almost had one through his foot. I was told if the house was available before check in, theybwoild message me and grant me early access. We did get there at 4:45pm, and no one was there but we still had to wait until 5 to get in the house( keyless entry was on a timer), and since you cant check in until 5 and you have to be out by 9, you pay for 7 days but really dont get 7 days. Other than those things it was a great stay.

Things need to be done

Dryer vent needs tending too.wouldn’t dry I went out and cleaned the vent and the vent from the dryer is too long. It pinched off not allowing it to dry clothes. Lower level bathroom showers, walk in door wouldn’t stay shut and the tub wouldn’t drain. Handicapped sister couldn’t use the pool because no handrail was installed until our 3 rd day and was only installed after a complaint was filed. Bushes closest to the road needs trimmed cannot see to back out. Second level bunk room tv does not work. Why did we not have access to Netflix etc. had a remote but nothing. Doorbell doesn’t work. Volleyball pit needs tending to. Weeds etc. Kitchen utensils need looked at only 1 spatula in the house. Need alot more. Refrigerator filter needed changed when we arrived.
