Welcome to our Cozy Coronado Cottage built in 1916 located in the heart of the village. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, a full Kitchen, full upgraded bathroom, laundry room and full outdoor living area with gas fire pit. The Cottage comfortably sleeps 4 with an option to sleep on a couch that folds out into a bed. Walking distance to all that the village has to offer; Beaches, Marina, Hotel Del Coronado, shopping and outstanding dining. Comes with all amenities, including Air Conditioning, Internet, 4 bikes and private yard with patio furniture and BBQ for entertaining.

Great Coronado Beach Stay

The beach cottage is a great place to stay in Coronado. The cottage was clean, bright and has everything you need for a great stay. You're a short two-minute walk from coffee shops and restaurants and just a few blocks from the beach at the Del Coronado. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Great Coronado Beach Cottage

My stay was wonderful. The cottage was just what i was looking for. Cozy, very clean, nice patio, and great location, just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The owners were very welcoming and responsive.

Perfect setting/adorable cottage

We were so pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this property was and how comfortable we felt there! The location was awesome and we took advantage of walking everywhere or riding the bikes available to us. Every need was met in what we might use in the kitchen as well as added extras! On two occasions as we sat outside by the firepit neighbors stopped to tell us how cute "our" property was and that they were amazed in seeing the transformation from when it was seen for sale. We almost didn't want to admit that we really didn't own the house. We're definitely planning a return visit.

Charming cottage

This well decorated little house has the ideal location. Within walking distance to restaurants, shops, theaters. Central air conditioning is a plus. Outdoor sitting area provides an additional space to relax and enjoy. Jesse was a great host and provided everything we needed.

Great Family vacation- Perfect location

This house was in the best location - walking distance to restaurants, beach, shuttle, park. Everything we needed was there- beach toys/boogie boards, beach chairs/umbrella. So much in such a small space, 2 bedrooms/1 bath and the full kitchen. We have small boys- and the decor was gorgeous- too fragile for the boys, we just moved it when we first arrived to storage above the laundry machines/fridge. The patio area was great to set up for the beach/unload. The house was clean, had everything in the kitchen for cooking; we appreciated how thoughtful Jessie was- putting the essentials in the fridge (ketchup/mustard/soda/water and more). We took our wagon and nearly every day made the quick/easy walk to and from the beach with little kids (4yo,6yo). The neighbors were friendly, always had easy parking on the street right in front of the house. The few times we parked 2-3 blocks away, after 7pm we were able to move the cars right to the house. My husband works remotely via computer and had great wi-fi for the trip , no issues. We used our wagon and walked to Vons grocery store to load the groceries and was an easy short walk. For any family ok with 1 bathroom- this is the best house for Coronado. We walked to the 4th of July parade on Orange, then the golf course for fireworks. We have already recommended this house to many friends.
