Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

Come stay in this beautiful, bright and sunny, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium, located in the heart of Cinnamon Shore's Town Center. It is forever summer in this lovely condo featuring 10 ft ceilings, hardwood floors and ship-lap siding with a wonderful Town Center facing balcony for relaxing. Stay for a week or more and enjoy this custom furnished home away from home minutes from the town of Port Aransas. The open and airy floor plan has a fully stocked stainless kitchen with granite counter tops. There is a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with games and movies to enjoy after a fun day at the beach. In the primary bedroom, there is a flat screen TV mounted across from the king bed; adjacent to the private bathroom with walk-in shower. Connecting to the bathroom is a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom with a private bath has a custom built queen bed with a twin loft bed above, and a twin trundle that pulls out below. The kids can enjoy a movie on the new, flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have black-out shades and extra fans for comfort. Cinnamon Shore community features three resort style pools, one with a cafe. There are also two stocked fishing lakes, a community fire pit, lots of green space for picnics and private beach accesses. Grills and lawn games available. Call and have your beach chairs waiting for you at water's edge. Enjoy some fine dining at Lisabella's, on site, or the many excellent restaurants a short distance away.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Bikini Bottoms is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Bikini Bottoms the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
