Good location But Some Property Issues
The decor is well done and looks just as shown in the pictures online. The floor plan is very practical and it is really nice being on the first floor. Having two refrigerators was a huge bonus and much appreciated! Unfortunately, cleanliness was a slight problem. The floor didnât appear to have been mopped well, as my socks were black from walking around the house. I found a ball of hair on the floor in the master closet and the master shower door was really dirty with soap scum. The white linens on the master bed were also stained. There was a bag of trash sitting on the grill as well. The cookware in the kitchen is extremely cheap and in desperate need of replacing. Be sure and pack everything you need in the kitchen. There wasnât even salt or a set of basic measuring cups. However, the most frustrating part was the wifi connectivity. We had trouble streaming anything and couldnât even use our phones. I eventually contacted the property manager. She was friendly but not helpful and told us to go to a restaurant to watch the Olympics. She did send a tech out 24 hours later and he did not do much. Given how much we spent, I had much higher expectations and left a little disappointed. I will not stay at this property again.
