Living Area

Ocean Pearl features a fun, airy, island style living space detailed with a plush queen size sleeper sofa, sitting chairs, and pool views. Keep the kids entertained watching their favorite show on a 46” cable television and DVD/VCR. A twin over twin bunk bed is located right off the living area. Glass doors to the patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. All the cookware needed to whip up breakfast, lunch, or your catch of the day for dinner. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar, outfitted with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine at the table set for four.

Primary En-suite

Mayan Princess 108 condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed or queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Rest easy in this primary en-suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed, full size closet, and a Jacuzzi jetted tub/shower for two. Kick back and watch your favorite programs on the 26” cable TV.

Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air on the patio, furnished with seating for two. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.
