Enjoy the views on Mustang Island in this beachy 1BR/1BA ground-level condo at the ocean front Mayan Princess Resort! Bask in the sun around three tropical pools or join in on a game of horse shoes or beach volleyball. Interior highlights include an in-unit washer/dryer, wood flooring in the master bedroom, floor to ceiling window walls, and a master en-suite Jacuzzi tub/shower. There is a privacy door separating the vanity area from the master bedroom. Drive 9 minutes north or south for a plethora of restaurant options and convenient amenities in Port Aransas or Corpus Christi. Mustang Island State Park is just 3.8 miles away.

Living Area

Ocean Pearl features a fun, airy, island style living space detailed with a plush queen size sleeper sofa, sitting chairs, and pool views. Keep the kids entertained watching their favorite show on a 46” cable television and DVD/VCR. A twin over twin bunk bed is located right off the living area. Glass doors to the patio create a seamless indoor/outdoor flow.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. All the cookware needed to whip up breakfast, lunch, or your catch of the day for dinner. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar, outfitted with seating for three. When your culinary creations are complete, dine at the table set for four.

Primary En-suite

Mayan Princess 108 condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed or queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Rest easy in this primary en-suite, furnished with a comfortable king bed, full size closet, and a Jacuzzi jetted tub/shower for two. Kick back and watch your favorite programs on the 26” cable TV.

Outdoor Areas

Take in the coastal air on the patio, furnished with seating for two. As a guest at the Mayan Princess Condominium Resort, you'll enjoy access to several amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, private boardwalk, and three tropical pools (the deeper pool is open year-round and heated during the cooler months). Also available are water volleyball, a sand pit for beach volleyball, as well as a horseshoe pit.
All sporting items can be checked out and returned to the front desk.
Poolside BBQ pits and picnic tables are available on a first come basis.

We enjoyed our stay . I was so nice to be so close to the beach and other attractions. The condo was very nice , clean and fit our needs . The only thing we didn't like was you can hear people outside in the hall thru the bedroom windows but it never disrupted our sleep . Definitely want to come back.

Staff was friendly, beach was perfect, room was perfect, atmosphere was welcoming. Only gripe was bedroom windows were near comon walkway and was very loud in the mornings,shower water pressure was low. Other than that we are already planning to come back next year.

When the area was flooding a day before our trip, I received a personal call from the owner who offered for us (for free!) to change our stay dates. She said she knew we had little ones and didn’t want us to have to stay inside on our beach vacation. We were able to reschedule for a month later (in August). This was actually our second stay and everything was just perfect like the first time! This unit is one of the closest to the beach/pool access and easy to get to and from the parking lot. It is clean and well kept. Thank you! We are already talking about our third trip back!!

Problems with unit, had to be moved

Rented a beautiful updated condo on the beach at Mayan Princess. Upon arrival, walked in to soaked towels and a bucket catching a leak in the ceiling. Property knew of the leak and did not communicate it prior to arrival or check in. One leak in the ceiling turned to 2, and then standing water behind both couches and close to electrical plugs. No one thought this was an issue or that we should be moved until WE brought it up. We were moved to a different unit in the building that was clean but nowhere near as nice. That unit had no hot water in the shower, an atrocious smell from the bath tub and sink, and beds were like sleeping on plywood. It’s unfortunate because this place had such high potential and we were let down.

Room #108 the broken down paradise

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The pools were awesome, but our room was in need of several updates and things to be fixed correctly. The ceiling was warping due to condensation and was visibly about to fall out of its sockets as it leaked water from up above. The shower handle was broken and the main door lock was cracked at the wood. It was quite dark outside our room at night. I wish they would have put a ramp at the beach because the steep stairs are very difficult to get wagons and small children up and down the long stairway. Other than that we all had a wonderful time!
