A casita is also available for guests who want added privacy.

Wake up each morning with coffee on your waterfront balcony or relax poolside downstairs on the patio, then head inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. You’ll find an open, airy space, with high ceilings, stylish coastal decor, floor-to-ceiling picture windows, and lots of room to gather together. The sleek kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and the window-front dining area means meals with a view.

Spend the day at nearby Rockport Beach, then grab a bite at a host of coastal restaurants in downtown Rockport, both a little over three miles away. Use the convenient outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off the sand when you return, then toss the day’s beach clothes in the washer/dryer for a refresh. Host a family barbecue in the outdoor kitchen, then dine alfresco while the kids play in the pool. More entertainment options include streaming-capable TVs, free cable, and WiFi. Sleep well in any of the bedrooms, which include an expansive primary bedroom with deck access, a private sunroom, and an en-suite bath. **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are active security cameras in exterior areas of the home.

Dock details:

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
