Great in town location just a few blocks to the beach, large lot to spread out on and large private beach entry heated pool. There is no extra charge for pool heat. This home offers a very private oasis in a very quiet neighborhood on dead end street and is in the golf cart zone. Large pool, outdoor shower in the beautifully landscaped back yard, wrap around decks with lanai over looking the pool completes this tropical oasis. A king bed, queen bed, and bunk bed, there's plenty of space for guests to relax. The cozy living room even has a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. This comfy sofa sleeper is in a new sectional as of November 2025 and has no bar behind your back! Enjoy the convenience of amenities like an iron, heating, AC, and a hair dryer. A new sectional sleeper sofa was added November of 2025. No pets allowed on furniture or guests will incur a $200 fine if hair seen on sofa or linens
A security camera was added to pool equipment area(non guest area) Guest will incur up to a $2000 fine and eviction if tampering of pool equipment occ
