The large, shared bathroom for the queen room and bunk room is bright and beautiful, with custom, recycled-glass counters and custom tilework in the shower. In the handsome primary king suite, extras such as a wet bar, refrigerator and coffee bar make a stay here special. Windows overlook Lake Colby, and the room opens to the spacious back deck. The cozy bed dressed in billowy linens will coax you to sleep or allow you to wake up slowly before joining the group upstairs. The primary suite also includes a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The second floor offers two additional, well-appointed bedrooms. The first has a queen bed with plush bedding and balcony access. The second is another large bunkroom with a twin-over-queen bunk that also offers a queen trundle and decorative window seat. These two bedrooms share a full hall bathroom.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Blue Willow is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Blue Willow the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
