Benjamin's Pier is located in the completely remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums and is the perfect place to spend some quality time away from home. Soak up the sun in the swimming pool, fish off the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier, or simply enjoy the view from the hot tub. This ground floor room has two queen size beds and is perfect for your family vacation. You will find everything needed for your vacation; fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee/tea bar. Guests are welcome to enjoy using the fun supplies included in the room; fishing supplies for the pier, beach supplies, board games and the coffee/tea bar; equipped with everything you need to start your day off right.

Benjamin's Pier at Laguna Reef is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas.

Rockport is a charming coastal town with plenty of fun things to do including amazing restaurants and many local shops. Rockport Art Center, Maritime Museum, Boat Cruise to San Jose island, and Kayaking are just a few of the activities you can enjoy during your stay.

Well behaved family pets are welcome. Guests must clean up after pets. Please be mindful of noise and neighbors. Quiet time is after 10 PM nightly.
Keep pets off beds. A damage claim of $100 will be filed if pet hair is found on the beds. Broom provided in room for cleanup of pet hair.
Please rinse off all beach and fishing supplies used prior to bringing them back into the room. Small pieces of bait will cause a foul odor.

Little beach vaca!

Overall everything was very good. The host was very informative and quick to respond. The room was small but very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy! The beach was a little bit further then walking distance but still close.

Property is on the water and the private fishing pier is very nice...well lit, plenty of room, lots of pole holders. All access codes worked well. Front desk staff were nice and personable. Pool and hot tub very clean.

Not as advertised

I will just say this was very disappointing rental. So tiny, did not even have a drawer to put our clothes away. No soap of any kind for shower or sink. No glass for sink to brush your teeth or take meds. The only positive was that the bed was very comfortable.

Great Stay

My husband and our two pups had a great stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. The building was well kept. The pool/hot tub were perfect for cooling off. The view was awesome and the fishing pier was perfect. Sturdy, clean, easy to access. No crowds. Just peaceful. We will be back.

Happy with our stay!

Although this is a small hotel like room- it was perfect for what we needed. It was stocked better than some of the houses I’ve booked before. Pool and hot tub was nice. Fishing pier was great for fishing with my family. Location is right by the beach and downtown. Communication with owner was quick and easy. I recommend this place if you need something small and convenient.

Convenient location

This condo unit was like a hotel room. The area around the condo was easily walkable. This particular unit overlooks the parking lot, but it’s close to the end and just a short walk takes you to the bay. Very nice amenities.

If you want a hotel room with fishing equipment

The room is a basic motel room, and was considerably more expensive than one. The benefit of staying at this property is provided fishing equipment and access to a lighted pier. It is right on the water, which is lovely.

50 year anniversary

Address on Google showed a vacant lot first though was we were scammed. Photo of property was wrong property. Maintance guy at photo property tried to help but did not have any information on our rental. We stopped a UPS driver asked about address he had never seen our property. He suggested that we check the Laguna reef hotel. Now by this time we were ready to head back home convinced we had been scammed. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to resolve our issues. We were informed that many properties were on hotel grounds but managed privately. Without a room number the task seemed impossible. The manager took time out to walk the property to find the room that was pictured on my phone. Within 30min we had a room number and key pad code to enjoy our three day stay. We cannot thank the three ladies on duty around 3:00 on the 16th of February their professionalism should be rewarded by VRBO.The room had a few minor issues noises ,drafts and twice the price according to other guest staying at same property. Our host texted instructions and did apologize for the traumatic experience after we finally made contact.
