It’s island time at this cozy beach cottage! This kid and pet-friendly hidden treasure has everything your family needs for a relaxing, sun-kissed getaway.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of seating for family meals. The kitchen includes dishes, cookware, a Keurig, and child-friendly plastic dinnerware. The spacious living area is perfect for board games or movies on the large-screen TV, and "snowbirds" can enjoy the warmth of a fireplace at the flick of a switch.
The primary bedroom boasts a King-size bed with a large en-suite shower and walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a Queen-size bed, and both rooms include Smart TVs and lavish linens. For extra guests, a playpen and a twin-size rollaway bed are available with extra bedding provided. The second bathroom includes a full bathtub for a relaxing evening.​ Fluffy towels provided.
Step outside to catch a salty breeze on the large​,​private enclosed patio.​ Or enjoy a dip in the pool, now heated in the cooler months. You will be minutes away from the beach, restaurants, putt-putt golf, and the Island Market.
Please note the following policies:
- Pets: We are dog-friendly for up to two dogs (40 lbs and under). A pet fee of $100 for the first dog and $50 for the second will be included in the reservation. Please inquire before booking if traveling with pets. No cats are permitted.

The perfect place on North Padre Island. We are returning guests and have always found the unit to be clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. The cabana doesn't share any walls with other units so it is very quiet. There are two adjacent parking stalls assigned to the unit which makes parking easy. The unit always spotlessly clean and very well equipped. And the host is friendly and very responsive.

The house was clean, well prepared and stocked with things such as laundry detergent and dish soap. The outdoor shower was a pleasant surprise and we used it many times throughout our stay. We only had to drive 10 minutes to get to the nearest beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying here!

Anegada Village

The property was nice. Liked the proximity to the pool (although we didn’t use it.) The house itself was decorated and furnished well. 2 comfortable beds and a comfortable roll away bed. Kitchen had all that we needed. A nice Keurig and pods. Washer and dryer were helpful. The outdoor space was really nice for our little dog (as it is enclosed.) 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with tub and shower.) Loved our stay!

Home away from home

This is our third time saying at Amber's rental and it did not disappoint. I love that b/c we're familiar with the rental it feels like our home away from home. It has all that we need and it is clean and tidy. Amber is the hostest with the mostest! We can't wait to book another stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The communication with the owners was very easy. They responded in a timely manner. The pool was a little smaller than expected but it was clean and not that many people used it.Would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing Stay and Hosts

Unknowingly booked this gem from the same owners as last year (a different property), and this one did not disappoint!!! The home has its own private patio area, it was beautiful and welcoming and extremely clean. They have everything you could need, to include a few odds and ends for cooking. The AC was great after a few-minute drive to Whitecap Beach for gorgeous views/weather/sunshine. The pool on site was great and nice to catch a little more sun or chill in the cabana or under the palm tree. Until next time. Thank you!!!

Corpus Christi Birthday Trip

We had a great stay at Amber’s townhouse! This place was definitely kid friendly! They had beach toys to borrow, a play yard and high chair available. We took my son for his third birthday and he loved the beach decor on the walls. This place was about 7 minutes away from Whitecap beach which was amazing and only 25 minutes from the aquarium! There is also a H‑E‑B + less than 10 minutes away which is a must for our family. I would definitely stay again!
