When days heat up, the cool water of the shared pool will be calling your name, so slip on your favorite bathing suit and make your way down to the common area! When evenings come to a close, the shared hot tub is a great way to end each day on a relaxing note as you soak in bliss. Not to mention, the fully equipped kitchen back at home base will come in handy for homecooked meals or movie snacks!

Perched less than half a mile from the soft sand and crashing waves of Whitecap Beach, the beach bums of the group will have no trouble packing a picnic and making a day of watching the tide ebb and flow. Make your way to S Padre Island Drive and you can grab a bite to eat from a wide array of local eateries, pop into a few shops for some souvenirs, or stock up on groceries with ease. If a day in the city is on the agenda, Corpus Christi proper is 23 miles north. Plus, some outdoorsy fun can be found at Mustang Island State Park just six-and-a-half-miles from the complex!

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
