Amazing Stay!

Really perfect quick weekend getaway. Property is close to the beach and has great amenities on property. The unit has everything to make a really comfortable stay. Blankets are the best, beds super comfortable. Very clean. It was great, thank you!

Great location and beautiful property.

The property inside is beautiful! It had everything we needed for our trip. They keep it well maintained and it was fairly quiet considering the amount of people staying there. It is in a perfect location, it's a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Booking the trip was easy. Management kept us informed about our trip and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning.

Clean, attractive unit

The TradeWinds unit was as described. Clean and had what we needed. Everything worked. The swimming pool was small for the number of guests and children and there were not enough lounge chairs or room for them. The pickleball court is a nice plus, but definitely needs to be fenced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean home. Had enough towels and everything you’d need in the kitchen. The pools were so fun! Picked this condo community because of the 2 pools with shallow water for non swimming kids and the water slide for our oldest. We were here during the week so we had pools to ourselves. By Friday night the pools were crowded so I’m glad we weren’t staying through weekend. Great location, 3 minute drive to beach and close to National Seashore and going into town of Corpus. Will recommend to all our friends looking for a place on the beach.

Great location and property

This was a newer construction so everything was in great shape and not worn down as some other rentals could be. It was a great size for our family and had everything we needed.
