Enjoy the breeze at Nine Palms Cottage

Come enjoy the ocean breeze and relax on our covered porch after a day at the beach. The beach is only a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute golf cart ride. If you are ready to make lasting memories with your friends and family, get away for a romantic weekend, or just work in a different environment, then this is the cottage for you. Nine Palms Cottage is your Port Aransas vacation getaway located in the center of town with you guessed it, Nine Palm trees on the property. Our home is a five-minute walk to Beach Street, where many good restaurants and bars are located. Nine Palms Cottage sleeps 4 people.
This beach cottage will remind you of good old Port Aransas when you visited as a child, but everything has been updated. The cottage has an open floor plan with a couch, and chair plus a dining table and kitchenette, so everyone can enjoy time together. We provide only the highest quality linens. The kitchen has a convection oven, microwave, and refrigerator. The home has 2 guest bedrooms and one nice sized bathroom. The king-sized bedroom is private and cozy. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The laundry room has a W&D along with a full-sized refrigerator located close to the grilling area in the backyard.
Enjoy the breeze from one of the largest landscaped yards in the center of town. Come and enjoy playing cornhole or just let the kids round around in the nice fenced grass area. It’s a great place to enjoy a backyard BBQ. We also offer a firepit, so bring marshmallows and get ready to enjoy Smores with your family and friends. There is also plenty of parking for 4 vehicles.
Our cottage is well maintained and we hope that you will enjoy our vacation cottage as much as we do.

Great Stay

The location is great. Your right between the beach and the downtown area. Cottage was cleans and cozy for the 4 people we had staying. Only thing i didnt like is the house that backs up to the propety keeps their back light on all night that shine thru the windows.

THE PERFECT PARADISE ESCAPE!!

This is our second time staying in this beach house and we LOVE it!! So clean, cozy and perfect for younger kiddos with a fenced in yard and fluffy grass to run free in! We will always come back to this house when we come down to Port Aransas, it’s just that perfect!! Parking is wonderful and the place has everything you need, even porch sitting on an open porch!BOOK THIS HOME!!!!The owners are so friendly and very responsive if you need them for anything before, during and after your stay and takes care of their guest and looks out for them!

Awesome Place to Stay in Port A

My uncle and I stayed here over the weekend, and it was an awesome place. Very clean, and the owners were super nice. Didn't have any issues at all. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

July 4th Celebration

Check in was simple. Once arrived and unloading and checking out the rooms and everything found a roach in shower but that’s south Texas I suppose. Upon checking out we found the check out instructions different from what was sent by the host. One said strip the bed the other said not to, one said put dirty towels in hamper the other said put in shower. So that’s one thing that needs to be addressed. Also the washer n dryer is a nice touch but so old they are not worth trying to do clothes, washer won’t spin dry clothes nor the dryer will get hot enough to dry ur clothes. But, I would most definitely rent it again.

Lovely vacation

With five adults the refrigerator was small and larger one was an inconvent, appreciated available laundry yet washing machine not working properly, small things compared to location, home was lovely and very clean. We had a wonderful adventure.

Cozy Beach Cottage

This was a great little cottage for our family of 5. Property owners were very helpful and responsive. The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. Close to the beach and the outdoor shower was great to have! They even had beach toys and yard games available to use. Highly recommended!

The property was near Port A beach, clean, quiet. But we had 5 family members, need to use the sofa bed in the living room, it was broken. I think they new the condition of the sofa bed. It was very uncomfortable with broken sofa bed, and 5 family oncluding 3 teen kids

Great little place in town!

We really enjoy this tiny place, close to town to shop and eat. Really enjoyed the amazing yard for some cornhole and sitting and relaxing in the breeze. Great for couple or small family.
