The whole stay was terrible and hallways hot, the pool had no light working around it, pavilion had multiple wasp nest under it needing immediate attention. No manager on dutyor personal in charge for quest concerns. Fire Alarm system had multiple troubles flashing on front panel
Do not book here. Booked the room through Hotels.com and paid in full. The hotel charged us in full also. When asked about the charge at the hotel they wouldnât reverse or hold the charge. They could see that it was charged incorrectly but wouldnât address the problem. Have tried getting ahold of someone for 4 days. Hotels.com canât get anyone to answer the call and credit card company is now trying to dispute through writing. The front desk acknowledged the problem and supposedly escalated to the GM but she said she hasnât been able to talk to GM and the GM doesnât answer calls. Terrible customer service!!
This looked a little rough on the outside, but very nice on the inside. Only problem is soap residue on the lobby floor caused my wife to loose her balance and luckily I caught her before she went down. Weâre seeing this at more and more commercial establishments. Clean is great, but that soap must be totally rinsed away.
It was dirty. They never changed the sheets or take out the trash. The front desk workers were lazy. One of them was in the dining area slouched on his phone
We stayed at Christmas last year and had no WiFi, front desk was never able to get us connected. Just ignored because it was Christmas. Thought they might just be busy. This trip was early in the week, room was downstairs and close to front. It took them about two hours to get us a light bulb for side table by bed. The water pressure was extremely low and shower had mold in it. And to top it off, the WiFi would not connect again. Will not stay there again!
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and coffee was great! Property was clean and well maintained. Only concern was there was only 1 working elevator.
Let me preface by saying all employees and staff were welcoming, pleasant and accommodating.. the property itself however could use quite a bit of maintenance. No AC in the hallways, only one of two elevators worked and this place could sure use new paint and ceiling tiles throughout! I was a bit disappointed for this being a âMarriottâ!
Our room was never cleaned so no one picked up dirty towels or brought clean towels and linens. We went to desk and told them and they asked us if we put the dirty towels on the hallway. Did not know we had to do that to get clean towels but donât know what had to be done to get beds made with clean linens.
Over priced. Bathroom door would not shut. Only one elevator worked. Stayed for 3 nights asked to have the room cleaned never happened couldnât even get them to empty the trash can in the room.
Unfortunately this was a poor stay. I have never had any issues with Fairfield Inn & Suites but this location was a first. The hotel and room itself was clean and comfortable but the customer service or rather lack of was extremely disappointing. Our room was not ready for check in at 3pm. We were not given a room until 6pm. We were told they were short staffed. And I would normally understand but when I see the cleaning staff conversating in the hallway and walking around eating pizza. Then it becomes lack of urgency to accommodate the customer. And I find that as the worst hospitatlity.
