Enter into the large foyer with beautiful terracotta tiles throughout the buttercream shiplapped home and leave the beach at the door with plenty of storage for all the family's gear. A spacious bunk room for five on the first floor where all the little ones can be together to talk about the fun day in the sun; has it's own large bathroom with huge walk-in shower. The first king suite is on the first level beside the bunk room and offers a coffee bar with Keurig for convenient morning joy and private bathroom after a great night's sleep on the Tempurpedic mattress. Or lounge in the comfy chairs and sip away the day.

The second floor has three more king suites all with balconies and cozy bedding over Tempurpedic mattresses and private bathrooms with walk-in showers, the primary also has a stylish soaker tub with Gulf views!. Bring the family across all generations or friends and find space for everyone in this huge beach palace. The convenient laundry room on the second floor with double washer and dryers will keep beach towels ready for the next day.

Once on the third floor you won't want to leave for the view alone. Panoramic windows overlook the Gulf and beach. The sunrise will make an early breakfast necessary on the massive 8 burner gas range. Double dishwashers and three tier Sub-Zero fridge and freezer make prep and clean-up easy on the spacious island with bar seating for six. The well stocked kitchen and huge dining table are only accentuated by the separate wet bar addition off of the living room with ice maker, wine fridge, and secondary double drawer drink fridge that allows for a celebratory drink or just additional space for beach snacks.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Summer Place is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Summer Place the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
