Appreciated having more than 2 chairs on the balcony.

Great Beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy Gulfstream Condominiums- there is plenty of space in the rooms, beach access is the best, very nice pool and area to sit and visit by the pool, close to shopping for any needed items. The office staff has been so welcoming and helpful. Some condos needed new appliances as we had one room with an oven that wouldn’t heat consistently.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been coming to Gulfstream for yeas because of location right on the beach. It is old, but generally well maintained. This time one elevator didn't work, one ceiling fan in the unit didn't work, smoke alarms were disabled.

Our Stay at Gulfstream Condo - Mixed reveiw

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was good, although there were a few bumps in the road:- The sheets on the bed did not appear to be fresh, we only discovered this very late when going to bed.- The phone broke while we were there and not repaired during the 3 nights stay we were there.- We were charged a $30/day cleaning fee (plus tax), no one cleaned our room while we were there. Then we were asked to strip the bed upon departure. We never understood what could justify the cleaning fee.- The bedroom TV remote did not work. We reported it to the front desk, but it was never taken care of.- Lastly, and this makes us sound like "Karens" but we are just animal advocates. During our stay, we noticed a bird nest in one of the palm trees adjacent to the 3rd floor walkway. We were never bothered by these birds and saw them throughout the 3 days stay. We thought it was interesting to see. However, the management felt otherwise and used a pool broom to knock the nest out of the tree and killed the baby birds in the nest. The management indicated the mother bird was attacking the guest(s). That wasn't something we experienced, but I understand protecting the guests would be the highest priority. When my wife objected to the maintenance staff, they mocked her imitating a comically hysterical woman shouting "Oh, the poor birds!!" which wasn't at all what my wife's response was. She very calmly told the individual, "There isn't any needs for you to act like that." which just fueled their mocking. The front desk staff apologized for the behavior and said it would be addressed, but as we were leaving, the dirty looks and loud comments continued.The rate for this condo was very high (which we didn't mind) but we were expecting more with the services and we certainly weren't expecting the juvenile behavior as we left.We won't be back.
