The lady at the front desk was so kind upon check in. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Upon entering, the room was muggy, but I turned on the AC and it fixed the issue after a few minutes. The stay was quiet. You could tell some of the spots in the room could use updated. My biggest complaint was breakfast. Food wasn’t good. Eggs were pretty bland, sausage was decent, pastries were rock hard. We didn’t go to breakfast late, but we ended up not having anywhere to sit. Seating is extremely limited which is unfortunate as well. Besides that, it was a great stay.

Most of the staff were very polite. The location was good. Lots of amenities in the area, gas, stores and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Very clean facility. The only negative thing to mention is housekeeping. In the room (bathroom) there is a card on display that states housekeeping will come in ever two days to replace towels take out trash and fix the bed. I am assuming they vacuum as well (??). Well, they didn't complete task as written. They straightened the towels and took out the trash. But they did not fix the bed and even left a couple dirty towels on the floor. Even the shower floor looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. The only other issue was the bed, noisy every time you moved.

Staff was great, the receptionist was so nice and friendly, and shared information about various beaches and local spots to visit. At breakfast, the staff offered to get items without some meat that wasn't in days menu. Overall, a great place to stay.

Overall the stay was not bad but I would recommend fixing the bathroom doors as it was super difficult to close. It kept getting stuck and the lack of privacy with it be a sliding door. The bed was really squeaky as well not sure if the frames need to be changed.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was great. I had issues with my booking but Deanna at the front desk was attentive to getting the issue resolved. She was so nice and had great customer service. It is rare to find people that have patience and that enjoy what they do in today’s time. She let me know about all of the Hotels accommodations and even through in extra toiletries after I expressed a concern about an accident my family had. Thank you!!!

Clean and spacious

Clean and spacious room. The bathroom has lots of counter space and shower had lots of water pressure and difference settings. There was an extra blanket if you get cold and the room fridge was plenty cold.
