Correy at the Bar was absolutely fantastic! She was kind and funny and really on top of her game. We only stayed one night, but Id go back to this hotel for Correy! All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentelman at the front desk was super welcoming - CJ I think?

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I had high hopes, since the reviews were good. The check in was great, Juan was super friendly! Then I got to my room, the bathroom had a burned out bulb and it smelled like wet dog and feet. I guess the carpet is old. To be fair, I could have said something but didn't. The following morning, I fixed myself a cup of coffee before visiting family in the area and there was a giant dead roach not too far from the coffee station. I was so put off that I didn't say anything and just left for a while. When I got back, I went ahead and checked out A WHOLE DAY EARLY! I did tell the front desk staff about my concerns and despite the breakfast being over, the huge roach remained...visible from the from the front desk. THAT'S HOW BIG IT WAS.

Your staff was very rude. No smiles. No thank yous. We asked about getting coffee in the lobby and we were told that there were coffee pots up in our room. Although most hotels offer coffee and water as a free service to their guests. The cookies at the front desk were burned, and there was a lot of noise coming from children in the hallways that were running back-and-forth for a very long time, although it was reported to the front desk, we were told that quiet time was not until 10 PM. What is this, a hotel, or a dorm room? Lastly, we ordered a room with a rolling in shower, however, the bathroom had a tub. We were told very rudely that this was the room that we had booked.

The Accessible room I had was perfect. I just had difficulty walking to the room all the way to the back. Also, the doors are very heavy and I didn't find a way to prop it open. I had 3 bags and had to carry them in one at a time. I refer staying where breakfast is included. But the room was great.
