Back home, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise as you step in through the front door and bask in the house's spacious living area, complete with a large sectional couch for you and your friends to rest on after a fun-filled day out on the town. Step into the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and play your favorite jams on your phone as you whip up a delicious dinner for everyone. There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
