The hotel room we were given had doors that didn’t seal properly. We felt as if someone could’ve slid a card or knife in.

Great place for the price. Close to Downtown. Pool is clean. Rooms are clean. It is close to freeway which can bother some, but the staff are wonderful and always very helpful.

The manager was rude and gave us a dirty room and had us change our own linens because no more rooms available. Plus there was a broken towel bar in the bathroom.

Worse Experience Ever

The room was so disgusting, there were roaches, the sheets were nasty. I asked for another room and the next two rooms they showed were just as bad. I tried to get a refund & Cristian the front desk guy said they couldn't refund my money.I had to go to another room with my family. I WILL NEVER USE HOTELS.COM OR MOTEL 6!
